and what do you think of other choices Sasuke has. I can say it because Sasuke was on Madara's control now and he is avenging his Brother plus he wants to fight Naruto and kill all the konahas foundation the 5 kages and Everyone and Madara accepted the proposal of Kabuto to make him a alyy and Madara roughly agreed. so summing this all Kabuto and Sasuke was technically allies

If you recall the Sasuke and Deidara fight, Kabuto was also talking to Kakashi and co. simultaneously.
If my memory serves me right, Kabuto said that he wants to kill Sasuke as revenge for him killing Oro.
Though they're technically allies, I don't think Sasuke knows about it yet, and Kabuto might just be trying to get close to Sasuke so that he can kill him.
