Naruto: Akkipuden?

I've seen the name before and heard about alleged "Interviews", but is there any truth to this?

Apparently its another 2 and a half year time skip, Naruto is 18 and he is a Jounin trying to master Rasin - Katon (Possibly the power that Itachi gave him), this is all I have heard.

Would really appreciate input on this, because I would like to know if there actually will be a continuation.

Well if there isn’t a part 3 to Naruto then their can’t be another Naruto series. Kishimoto has expressed the ideas that he is tired of drawing Naruto and wants to move on to something else. So when part 2 comes to an end it isn’t likely he will go on to make part 3 which means no new series.

If anything, much like it happened with dragonball GT, the 3rd series of naruto will be only in anime form and we wont see a manga version. and honeslty, how much more can he do for naruto at this point. The series is hitting its climax and its better to end it properlly than to strech it out to the point it gets obnoxious

i read somewhere that kishimoto did interview and he was almost completely sure he would do akkipuden

I have heard the rumor somewhere too. It is said they Naruto have 3 parts in total, part 1 is the Pre-Shippuden, part 2 is Shippuden, and part 3 when Naruto has already become a Hokage.

I dont know if this is true or not, but I am not into other animes that much, so I dont mind if Kishi wants to make the story longer, I will still be watching the series happily XD

Well if there is going to be another series I doubt he will be a Hokage in it. There would be little to no point of having another series if the main character has already achieved what was supposed to be the ultimate goal. It looses all reasons why anyone who had read the first two parts would even want to watch.

I would like to think that the anime company would pull a Dragon Ball GT on us because I would like to think they have learned from that horrible mistake and will never do such a thing again.

If anything they should do the story of Minato’s life something almost everyone can agree would be far more interesting then seeing a story that had reached it’s end continue on past the point where it makes any sense to even have the series any more.

it would be anouther attempt at keeping the show alive there isnt anouther reason to do so i meen it can be resolved now i meen just finish the story with his mom then the training to master the fox then go beat the crap out of then end the rest of them maybe naruto goes nuts and goes beserk and kills and madara
