As weird as this might sound, I'm going to have to say that Sasuke is the most stupid ninja. Granted he is some prodigy, genius, etc, etc, he still lacks in the common sense department ._.

I kinda agree with you in that one.................years had past and still his childish way never leaves him behind.............

Rocklee and Gai sometimes becomes stupid but not in terms of fighting...........
