If you're a paying customer, Viz uploads the most recent episode, fully subbed, over at naruto.com an hour after it airs in Japan. If you're not a paying customer, you'll have to wait until the following day when fansites upload the capture. So the schedule is thursday for the anime, friday for the manga. However, Naruto.com does have all the previous anime episodes available for viewing, free of charge, so anyone can catch up at any time.

ok ive been waiting eagerly for this episode....i really wanted to see the encounter of juugo and sasuke....how he overpowers juugo's thirst for blood or killer instinct...with his own killing instinct

Well to be honest I am more eager to get this future encounters with Sasuke done because I want to return to the Naruto part and his awesome fights.

Actually in this Anime ep. won't show Jugo being restrained. It follows Manga ep. 349 and we'll see Naruto finding out about Orochimaru's demise, and the source of the Curse Mark revealed as Jugo.
Although if the Anime team decides to combine Manga ep's 349-350 then we will get to see Jugo rush Sasuke and bury him into a wall. That would be awesome, because Suigetsu jumps in and then Sasuke goes all Beastmode with those snakes (Anoconda's).

I'd hate to say it, but if you're waiting for the next Anime Naruto fight then it'll probably be a 16-20 months
We're at Manga ep. 449 this week and thats 80+ eps behind Sage mode Naruto erupts.
For the next year it'll be Sasuke Vs. Deidra...... Jaraiya Vs. Pain...... (probable filler with either Itachi or flashback of Jaraya )......... Sasuke Vs. Itachi.......... Sasuke Vs. Killerbee............ Pain Vs. Konoha.......... (probable filler about Naruto's Sage training)............................. and then finally Sage Mode naruto Vs. Pain

Let's just pray that they limit the amount and duration of the fillers, because they're always bad, even though those will be the only places to see Naruto fight.

juugo smashes sasuke against a wall...which i think combines the 2 chapter ur talking abt..im sorry i dont remember chapters by heart...
