Well I think it's pretty clear that Sasuke's going to beat this guy. Sharingan + Bijuu = 8 Tailed Pet. How he's going to do it, though, is the question. Like I said before, it's most likely going to deal with his new mangekyou sharingan. After "fusing" with Jugo, somehow I think he'll figure out a way to fully tap into his eye's full powers in the tide of battle. Once he does, he'll be able to control the Bijuu like Madara can. Maybe that's why Madara was so certain that Sasuke would capture the tailed beast.

Other than that, I have a feeling they'll reveal a toad jutsu that Naruto is capable of learning. I mean, he can't go through all this toad training without coming out of it with at least 1 new jutsu. But we'll see.

In this chapter I hope that Naruto will find out about the power that Itachi gave him. We don't have to jump to conclusion, correcte me if I'm wrong the eight tailed deamon has the power to create lightning.

I think Naruto doesn't know it but he posess.. a second element and it is fire....

I wounder when the 5th Hokage will tell Naruto about his true parents and about what happened to theim before his birth.


Naruto will be able to controle the 9 tailed deamon and the shurikan rasengan to it's full power with out having it's negative side. What we know in the past episodes when Naruto struck an Akastuke, he had to go through it 3 times and at the end he was ingered.

The Sharingan can only control the Kyuubi. Also remember that we are talking about the Hachibi. Many on this post say that Saskue has not use all of his techniques. It seems like these people are forgetting that the Hachibi was not even being serious. Team Hawk new they had to get serious after the Hachibi took them down so easily.

Lets look at the following facts:

1. Genjutsu does not work on the Hachibi.
2. The Hachibi is the second strongest being in the Naruto manga being weaker than only the Kyuubi.
3. Orochimaru could not even kill a four tailed demon fox, therefor I believe it is impossible for Sasuke to even have a shot against a beast with eight tails.
4. According to the Naruto manga the only beast the Sharingan can control is the Kyuubi.
5. Team Hawk is not allowed to kill this guy (Thats even if they have a chance)

I am pretty sure we have all seen the Naruto anime when Naruto does his four tailed demon fox transformation. In my opinion he was able to deal some decent damage. If you remember when Naruto was in the four tailed demon fox state he seemed a bit clumsy and it seemed like neither the host nor the bijuu was operating correctly. Even though, the Naruto four tailed demon fox transformation was pretty effective. Had the battle gone on I am sure he would have killed Orochimaru.

Now lets think about the Hachibi. Mr. Host seems to be able to control a full eight tails transformation. Now think back the the destructive power of a clumsy four tailed beast and you should be able to imagine what a controlled eight tailed beast should be able to do. Now we can also look at another situation within Naruto regarding Gaara and the Akatsuki. Gaara's bijuu was a single tail and look how much trouble an experienced team had with him. They had to take him when he was drained of chakra.

Now if the writers make it so that Team Hawk is able to defeat a being which is the second strongest being in the Naruto anime then I will probably back off the anime.

In the next chapter we will see sasuke running away from this battle. Lets face it people...Sasuke isn't strong enough to captaure a tail beast.

Sasuke Sharingan can only tame the 9 tails not any other tail beast. And Im begining to think that Sasuke don't have any new powers....His MS is just like Itachi and he can't used the black fire because it might kill Mr. host.

When did it say that he was invulnerable to genjutsu? The only time the chapter mentions something like that was when he broke out of Tsukuyomi but I think that was only because Sasuke hasn't completely mastered it.

And where does it say that the Sharingan can only control the kyuubi? As far as I know, nothing conclusive has been revealed concerning the limits of the Sharingan in controlling tailed beasts.

What do you mean?....The manga only said like a million time now that the sharingan can control only the nine tail. Madera said this, Itachi said this and Sasuke said this. Madeara also said that the first hokage was the only one that had the power to control all Bujji except the 9 tail.


Mr. host broke out of Tsukuyomi because his partner the 8-tail snap him out of it. It's not because Sasuke is weak.

Oh yeah, now I remember why he broke out of Tsukuyomi. My bad.

But as far as the sharingan and the kyuubi, the only thing I can remember being said about it is this:

It's not saying that the eye techniques CAN'T control other beasts, but that only the sharingan can control the kyuubi. However if, like you said, the manga already stated a million times that the sharingan can only control the kyuubi, then this drowsiness is killing my memory X_X

I would agree that Sasuke is not weak. In fact I believe Sasuke can defeat most of the characters in the Naruto story line. When he is able to control his Mangekyou Sharingan I believe that no human (except for Pein and maybe Naruto) will be a match for him. However, the Hachibi is the Hachibi. He is a very strong force to be reckoned with. Even if he could not perform any special ninja techniques, his chakra the amount of damage he is able to do is immense. This guy can destroy the very foundation his opponent stands on without even trying.
