This title does not give a clue of who that young man is!!!!! Except that it would be somebody with a link to the ocean,whether it would be his first time or has had a bad experience with it. Hopefully it is going to be an interesting one. Some says filler others part of the arc - it does not matter, it makes people get excited about watching the real story, so ENJOY everything!!!!

it's a filler again, i tried to watch it but i stopped halfway of the story. i got bored.

i guess the fillers from the first season of naruto were better than the 2nd season's fillers.
