Please read closely, especially the first step, before creating new threads. Thanks.
Steps in creating new threads: 1) Run a thread search Use the 'Search' to run a search on the relevant discussion topics you are looking for. (Look below for "Tips when doing a thread search") 2) Go to the appropriate subforum Go to the sub-forum where you want to post your new thread. (e.g. Naruto Manga, Naruto Anime) Make sure you post in the correct place to avoid having your thread deleted. 3) Click the New Thread button ![]() 4) Choose a suitable title Choose a suitable title which gives a summary indicating the point of discussion of the thread. For example, Quote:
The first post of each thread is very important as it provides a direction for the discussion of the thread. Therefore, it is important for all thread starters to state strongly in the very first post, their point of discussion. There are times where thread starters went beating around the bush, and did not show any main point or point of discussion for creating the thread. ----- Tips when doing a thread search Search for relevant keywords. For example, "Who is the strongest ninja?" You can search for the keywords individually such as 'ninja', 'strongest', 'powerful' or 'best' since the last 3 keywords are relevant words regarding the same topic. An earlier thread might have already been made regarding "Who is the most powerful ninja?" which gives the same point of discussion as "Who is the strongest ninja?" Yes, we would prefer that you revive an old thread rather than to create new ones of similar discussion. It would be recommended that you look through 5 - 6 pages at least to ensure that the relevant discussion topic had not been created before or has died. Different questions regarding the same person can be asked under the same thread named after that person as well. For example, for the different type of questions targeted at Naruto can be posted all under the same thread named "Naruto", instead of creating new threads asking various questions about him. Please help to keep the forum neat and tidy by not creating too many similar/repeated threads. Also, spamming threads is a not a good way to earn points as it would earn you infraction(s) from the mods. Thanks. ![]() |
