Naruto Shippuuden 92 airs on TV in Japan on the 15th of January. But as some of you might know, Dattebayo has announced that episode 91 was the last Naruto episode they would release. This is mainly due to VizMedia, license holder of Naruto, is now offering free 0-day streaming episodes on their website. As such, Dattebayo decided to drop Naruto. Given their habit of trolling by saying they’ll drop Naruto and never do, we can only know for sure on the 16th if this is real. But chances are slim, they seem serious this time.
But unfortunately for non-US Naruto fans, it looks like VizMedia decided that we’re not worth their bandwidth. I was greeted with a “The requested video cannot be displayed in your region” message upon clicking on their streaming episodes. I assume this affects everyone not in US. So for us, we can only hope someone picks up the subbing again.
